The Concept

What is OFF THE MENU

OFF THE MENU is Street Provisions' ticketed dining experience — a concept driven evening open to the public and limited by design. No two events are the same. Every experience is built around a theme, a season, or an idea that Chef James wants to bring to the table.

OTM events lead with anticipation. No imagination does it justice, only your memory. Every dish is art to be devoured. The room seats curious strangers and serves turnt regulars. It's an experience that's off the... menu.

A look back

The Red Thread

Valentine's Day

Columbia, SC

The thread between touch, taste, and tension.

The Red Thread was the first OFF THE MENU experience — an intimate Valentine's Day dinner built around the idea that certain connections are destined. Five courses. Candlelight. A private location. An evening designed for two.

Every detail was considered. The lighting. The music. The pacing of each course. Chef James designed the evening to slow time, heighten the senses, and create space for the kind of moments that don't happen at ordinary dinner tables.

This is what OFF THE MENU looks like when it exists.
