What to Expect
From the First Conversation to the Last Course
It starts with a conversation. Chef James reaches out personally to learn about your occasion, your guests, and what you want the evening to feel like. From there he builds your menu — seasonal, personalized, and designed around the moment you're celebrating.
On the day of your event his team arrives early. The space is set, the kitchen is prepared, and by the time your guests sit down the evening has already begun. Each course arrives picture perfect — plated with precision, served without interruption, and paced to give the evening room to breathe.
When the last course is cleared, the team handles everything. The kitchen is left better than they found it. The only thing that stays is wishing there were leftovers.
