Event Policy
EVENT POLICY
Effective Date: February 21, 2026
This Event Policy applies to all private dining and catering services provided by Street Provisions, LLC. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Event Confirmation & Booking
An event date is not secured until:

A signed proposal is received, and
-
The required non-refundable deposit has been paid.
Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Final Guest Count & Menu Confirmation
Final guest count and any confirmed menu adjustments must be submitted no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date.

Final billing will be based on the confirmed guest count.

Reductions in guest count after the deadline do not reduce pricing.

Increases are subject to approval and availability.
3. Venue Requirements & Access
The Client is responsible for:

Securing venue approval and access
-
Ensuring adequate kitchen space (if required)
-
Providing access to power, water, and lighting where applicable
-
Ensuring safe, reasonable working conditions for staff
Street Provisions reserves the right to modify service or withdraw staff if:
-
Conditions are unsafe
-
Access is restricted beyond what was disclosed
-
The environment poses a health or safety risk
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
4. Setup & Breakdown
Standard service includes reasonable setup and breakdown time as outlined in the proposal.
If access to the venue is delayed, restricted, or shortened:

Service timelines may be adjusted
-
Additional labor fees may apply
5. Overtime
If service extends beyond the agreed time due to client or venue delays, overtime may be billed at the current hourly staffing rate.
Overtime must be approved by the Client representative onsite.
6. Force Majeure
Street Provisions shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Severe weather
-
Natural disasters
-
Government restrictions
-
Power outages
-
Venue closures
-
Acts of God
-
Labor shortages
-
Supply chain disruptions
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services. Deposits remain non-refundable but may be applied toward a mutually agreed rescheduled date.
7. Food Safety & Allergies
While we take reasonable precautions in food preparation:

We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
-
The Client is responsible for communicating all dietary restrictions in writing prior to the final confirmation deadline.

The Client is responsible for informing guests of potential allergens.
Street Provisions shall not be liable for allergic reactions or undisclosed dietary sensitivities.
8. Alcohol Policy (If Applicable)
If alcohol is served:
-
The Client must ensure compliance with all local laws.
-
Proper permits or licensed bartending services may be required.
-
Street Provisions reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any visibly intoxicated individual.
We are not responsible for guest conduct related to alcohol consumption.
9. Equipment, Rentals & Property Damage
Any equipment, rentals, or service items provided remain the property of Street Provisions or its rental partners.
The Client is responsible for:

Damage
-
Theft
-
Loss
-
Misuse of equipment
Replacement or repair costs will be billed to the Client.
Street Provisions is not responsible for damage to venue property unless caused by gross negligence.
10. Client-Provided Items
Street Provisions is not responsible for:
-
Client-provided décor
-
Rental items sourced independently
-
Guest property
-
Items left at the venue
11. Guest Conduct
The Client is responsible for guest behavior.
We reserve the right to:
-
Remove staff from unsafe environments
-
End service if staff safety is compromised
No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
12. Cancellation & Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.
If the Client cancels within seven (7) days of the event, the full remaining balance may be due, as preparations and staffing commitments have already been made.
13. Media & Marketing
Photographs and/or video may be captured during events for marketing purposes.
If the Client or guests do not wish to appear in media, written notice must be provided prior to the event date.
All media remains the property of Street Provisions, LLC.
14. Limitation of Liability
Street Provisions’ total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
15. Agreement
By booking services with Street Provisions, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Event Policy in full.
